All Perfect Paddles are carved from solid pieces of clear, premium grade cedar or spruce.   Paddles can be ordered with either plain tips, or epoxy reinforced tips.  Epoxied tips are more resistant to splitting and abrasion damage.  This option does add several days to the processing  time.  All paddles are finished with three coats of a proprietary oil based coating that protects the wood while preserving the comfort and grip security of a semi-porous surface.

Storm Paddles:
Standard size storm paddles are 72" long and have an 8" loom.  These dimensions can be modified at your request.  Pricing for standard storm paddles are:
                    Plain Tips:        $170 
                    Epoxy Tips:      $200

Delivery:
I will provide a good faith estimate for delivery of your Perfect Paddle when I accept the order.  Typical processing time is five to seven days depending on tip option, plus an additional three to five days for shipping.  Actual lead times will vary based on how many orders are ahead of yours.  Orders are filled on a first come, first served basis.

Shipping:
All orders are shipped via the least expensive method (usually UPS Ground).  Customers will be billed for the actual cost to ship to their address.

Guarantee:Wood is a natural material, and will not last forever.  A well cared for Greenland Style paddle will provide years of service, but The Perfect Paddle cannot guarantee against breakage because of the wide range of conditions kayak paddles are exposed to.  I do guarantee that your Perfect Paddle will be made to the highest levels of craftsmanship, and it will be sized according to agreed upon parameters.  Unfortunately, there is little that can be done once the wood is cut to size.  That is why it is critical that measurements be taken carefully, and you call to discuss your order prior to my commencing work.
